It is not a healthy thing to stay indoor for too long and you need to allow yourself to have enough time and freedom to explore your surroundings. You should also try to get enough physical activity and with only 10 minutes of physical activity, various happy hormones, such as serotonin, oxytocin, dopamine and endorphin will be released. After a brief physical activity, many people feel better.

Another requirement of happiness is having a good sleep quality and you should have at least 7 hours of proper sleep. This is essential if you seek to have a lively spirit throughout the day. A good sleep quality should relax your body and release any tension. You will be able to do a lot of things. People who lack sleep tend to become groggy and grumpy. You should also try to remove any kind of unneeded negativity in your lives.
